The Green Architectural Partnership Project was formed by a team of Architects with the mission of delivering beautifully designed and sustainable new homes through a collaborative and profitable new system.
Housing development is an inherently risky enterprise that usually requires large resources. Traditional housing development works through buying land at a competitive price (or partnering with investors looking for high returns), adding value by building new homes, and maximising profit.
The original landowner may not be able to fully capitalise on the land's potential due to a lack of skills, time, or resources required for the development process.
